Voice of Customer

Over the years, we receive very good feedback from our end customers and installers, people happy with their SANYO PV system. It is always a challenge to explain this to new customers, who do not have experience with SANYO Photovoltaics.

During the spring of 2009, we contacted a few end customers from the Munich area and asked them to let us interview them. Very quickly we received several confirmations and, in May, we went to visit three families with our small camera and production team.

During one day of filming, three families warmly explained to us why they had chosen photovoltaics, why SANYO and we shared some nice stories.

During the post-production days, it was difficult to select only a few minutes of the material we had recorded. We had let our customers just talk freely and we could not be more happy about the result.
